National and International Public Procurement

Review and analysis of documents related to public procurement procedures;

Participation in Public Hearings and Public Consultations related to public procurement procedures;

Review and analysis of bid notices, contracts, and other appendices related to the relevant procurement process;

Preparation of objections, requests for clarification, and administrative appeals applicable to each phase of the relevant procurement procedure;

Legal advisory in the drafting of bids and proposals for public procurement procedures, with particular emphasis on legal documentation;

Legal support throughout the remaining stages of the procurement process and in the execution of the resulting contract;

Representation in judicial proceedings related to public procurement procedures.
