• Drafting of the contractual instruments required to formalize the financing transaction and negotiation of contractual terms with lenders;

• Drafting of guarantee and counter-guarantee instruments required for the structuring of the financing;

• Assistance with the registration of contractual instruments related to the financing transaction and the provision of guarantees and counter-guarantees.
